APPOINTMENT POLICY

We understand that life happens-but we kindly ask that all appointment changes be made in a timely manner to respect everyone's time. Rescheduling or cancellations must be made at least 48 hours in advance. Appointments canceled with less than 48 hours notice will be subject to a 50% cancellation fee. No call. no show appointments will be charged a 100% cancellation fee and will not be eligible to
rebook in the future

PROCESSING, SHIPPING, & TRACKING

Orders are processed within 72 business hours (Monday-Friday, 9 AM-5 PM]. All orders placed for items that are not currently in stock will be shipped within 10 to 12 business days. Once your order ships. a tracking number will be sent to your email. To track your order history. we recommend
creating an account at checkout. Local Pickup: Available upon request. Orders are usually ready within 24 business hours. You'll receive
an email notification once it's ready for pickup.

RETURNS & EXCHANGES

We want you to love your textured hair. While all sales are final and we do not offer refunds. we do offer store credit or exchanges within 7 days of delivery. as confirmed by your tracking number. Items
must meet our return guidelines.

 

RETURN GUIDELINES

  1. Hair must be new and unused: not worn, washed, combea, brushed, installed, colored. bleached.

  2. Original ties must be intact. Once removed, the item is no longer eligible for return or exchange.

  3. A 10% restocking fee applies to all approved returns.

  4. Customers are responsible for all return and exchange shipping costs.

EXCHANGES

Approved exchanges will not be charged a restocking fee. You'll only pay for shipping and any price
difference between the items.
